These settings should be fine; so if you're running Windows just click start. If you're on a Mac then select OSX and then click start.

Hide interface:

Fog type: Windows OSX No fog
(One of these should definitely work on Linux, but I haven't gotten a chance to check which yet;
so try both if you're on linux. Fog won't work if you choose the wrong type for your machine.)
